app drawer keyboard improvement

Is there anyway we can improve the animation of the app drawer keyboard launch?

Right now if I swipe up it launches a recent tab at the bottom first, then a keyboard Pops up after. Also if you swipe down to go back to home screen from the app drawer screen with the keyboard open the animation is not clean, where there is a bug/glitch where you see the top of the keyboard and then disappears.
